Forthcoming Developments

We are adding the finishing touches to a revised application for this site. The new scheme has been designed by SPPARC architects and the quality of the design can easily be appreciated.  

Following extensive consultation with our neighbours, we will shortly be submitting an application for an exciting and eye catching new scheme, designed by the highly regarded SPPARC Architects. Watch this space for updates.  

Planning Permission for 147 units has just been submitted to Bromley Council with associated B1 space with our JV partners Purelake New Homes. This is in early stages we will keep you updated!
